Office Cleaning
1. Empty all wastebaskets and trash container and replace liners as needed
2. Dust and wipe down all desks and counter tops, pick up items and put them back where found.
3. Remove smudges, fingerprints from doors, doorframes and light switch plates.
4. Dust tops and face of filing cabinets, cubicle overheads and shelves.
5. Dust all frames and decorations on walls.
6. Clean all monitors removing all fingerprints and stains.
7. Wipe and sanitize all telephones.
8. Vacuum all carpeted areas ( including area carpets, door carpets, rug, floor mat, etc. )
9. Mop all hard surface floors.
10. Clean and sanitize all drinking fountains.
11. Properly position all furniture.
12. Clean glass entry doors inside and outside.
13. Dust low area of chairs, baseboards and low edges.
14. Dust blinds, air vents and window sills.
15. Damp wipe and clean door jams.
16. Dust all exit signs.
17. Knock any cobweb down.

Restroom Cleaning
1. Clean mirrors and glass partitions.
2. Empty all waste receptacles and sanitary dispensers.
3. Mop floor with disinfectant solution.
4. Clean and sanitize all toilet bowls, paying special attention under urinals.
5. Replace necessary items such as sanitary napkins, toilet tissues, paper towels, hand soap and seat covers.
6. Scrub and polish sinks and metal surfaces as needed.
7. Clean and polish all chrome and bright work.
8. Wipe down walls, partition tops and doors.

Lunch & Break Areas
1. Empty waste containers and replace liners as needed
2. Wipe down walls where waste containers as located
3. Sweep and mop hard surface floors.
4. Wipe down counters and tables (tops and sides)
5. Properly arrange furniture
6. Wipe and clean all exterior surfaces of microwave ovens.
7. Clean inside microwave ovens.
8. Wash coffee pots and clean surrounding areas.
9. Wash any dirty cups or reasonable amount of dirty dishes located inside the sink.
